Growing fast, reporting soon
Companies whose profit grew well last quarter, with results in the next 14 days.
How to read this
What the tags in the results calendar mean
- Growing fast profit last quarter up 20%+ vs the same quarter a year ago, sales up 10%+, and the last 4 quarters' profit up 15%+ vs the 4 before.
- Profit speeding up profit last quarter up 25%+ vs a year ago, and growing at least 15 points faster than the quarter before. Steel Strips Wheels had this before its 23 Oct 2026 results: profit +0.3% in the Mar 2026 quarter, then +47% in Jun 2026. Its Sep 2026 profit came in +229%, and the share price rose 20% that day.
- Back to profit a loss a year ago, a profit now.
- Profit falling profit last quarter down 20% or more vs a year ago.
Why "vs a year ago" and not vs last quarter?
Many businesses sell more in some months (festive season, summer, year-end). Comparing with the same quarter last year takes that out.
Is this a buy list?
No. These are past numbers. The price after results depends on what the market already expected. A fast grower can still fall if the new numbers are weaker than people hoped. Use this to know when results come and how the business has been doing, then study the company yourself.
Where does the data come from?
Meeting dates: NSE's board meeting list (main board + SME), read every morning. Profit and sales: the companies' own results filings (XBRL) on NSE, consolidated when the company files one. Prices: NSE closing prices, adjusted for splits and bonuses. Companies with no profit numbers yet are ones whose filings we haven't read so far; we add the biggest ones reporting soon every day.

Why use it
Why a results calendar with profit growth?
Most results calendars only give a date
A list of 500 company names due this week doesn't tell you which ones matter. A quarterly results calendar is useful when it shows, next to each date, how the business has been doing. Here every company with numbers shows its last quarter's profit change vs a year ago, so in a busy week the handful of fast growers are easy to spot.
How we build it every morning
Listed companies must tell the exchange in advance when the board will meet to approve results, under SEBI's listing rules, and must publish quarterly results within 45 days of the quarter end (60 days for the full-year audited results). We read NSE's board meeting list each morning, the companies' own results filings from NSE financial results, and NSE closing prices. About 1,100 results meetings fall in the current window.
Which companies are "growing fast, reporting soon"?
Two kinds. Growing fast: profit up 20%+ vs the same quarter a year ago, sales up 10%+, and the last four quarters together up 15%+. Profit speeding up: profit up 25%+ and growing at least 15 points faster than the quarter before, the early sign that sent Steel Strips Wheels up 20% on its 23 Oct 2026 results. Every company tagged this way with a meeting in the next 14 days appears in the box at the top.
What happened after results in October 2026?
Of 174 companies worth ₹500 Cr or more that reported September-quarter results by 24 Oct 2026, the typical move around results was 3.6% either way; 21 rose 5% or more and 37 fell 5% or more. Of the 74 whose profit grew 20%+, only about 35% rose (average −0.5%). Of those whose profit fell, 23% rose (average −2.3%). Good numbers help, but the price depends on what was already expected.
What you can do with it
See who reports today, tomorrow and this week; narrow it to Nifty 50, Midcap 150, Smallcap 250 or SME companies; find dividend, bonus, split, buyback and fund raising meetings; check how a stock moved after its results; and star the companies you own so the bell reminds you before they report. Real results
What the data shows: four results from October 2026
Tagged "profit speeding up" before results (Jun quarter +47% after +0.3%). September-quarter profit then came in +229% on sales +61%.
Profit +21% and sales +11.5% vs a year ago, the second quarter in a row above 20%.
Profit +15% vs a year ago after +4.6% the quarter before. Steady, not fast: last four quarters together only +4.4%.
Loss shrank from ₹1,092 Cr to ₹922 Cr and sales grew 36%, yet the share fell sharply. Better numbers aren't always better than expected.
Price move = close before the meeting to close of the next trading day, split-adjusted. Past moves don't predict future moves.
FAQ
Results calendar: frequently asked questions
What is a results calendar?
A results calendar lists the dates on which listed companies hold the board meetings that approve their quarterly results. This one covers every NSE company (main board and SME) with a meeting from 30 days ago to 60 days ahead, and adds each company's last reported profit and sales growth so you can see who is doing well before the numbers come out.
Where do the results dates come from?
From NSE. Under SEBI's listing rules every listed company must tell the stock exchange in advance when its board will meet to approve financial results. We read NSE's board meeting list for main board and SME companies every morning, so new dates show up the day after a company announces them.
How often is the calendar updated?
Every morning on trading days. The board meeting dates, each company's latest results numbers and the closing prices are refreshed together. The date at the top of the page shows when the list was last updated, and the footer shows the last price date used for the price moves.
What does "Growing fast" mean?
A company is tagged Growing fast when its profit in the last reported quarter was at least 20% higher than in the same quarter a year before, its sales grew at least 10%, and its profit over the last four quarters together was at least 15% higher than over the four quarters before. It describes past numbers, not a forecast.
What does "Profit speeding up" mean?
Profit in the last reported quarter grew at least 25% vs a year before, and that growth was at least 15 percentage points faster than in the quarter before it. Steel Strips Wheels had this tag before its 23 Oct 2026 results: profit +0.3% in the Mar 2026 quarter, then +47% in Jun 2026. Its Sep 2026 profit came in +229% and the share price rose 20% that day.
Why compare profit with the same quarter a year ago?
Many businesses sell more in some months than others, for example around festivals, in summer or at the financial year end. Comparing a quarter with the same quarter a year earlier removes that seasonal effect. Comparing with the quarter just before would make many companies look like they grew or shrank when nothing really changed.
How is the price move after results measured?
From the closing price on the trading day before the board meeting to the closing price on the next trading day after it. That way results announced after market hours are counted. Prices are adjusted for splits and bonus issues, so a 1:1 bonus does not look like a 50% fall.
Can this tell me which stock will go up after results?
No. The price after results depends on what the market already expected. In October 2026, of 74 companies worth ₹500 Cr or more whose September-quarter profit grew 20% or more, only about one in three rose after results. Use the calendar to know when results come and how the business has been doing, not as a buy or sell signal.
Why does a stock sometimes fall even when results look good?
Because the price usually already reflects what investors expected. Swiggy cut its quarterly loss from ₹1,092 Cr to ₹922 Cr and grew sales 36% in the September 2026 quarter, yet the share fell 21% around its 22 Oct results. If the numbers are good but not as good as hoped, or the outlook disappoints, the price can still drop.
Why do some companies show no profit numbers?
We read results from each company's own XBRL filings on NSE. We now have them for about 1,350 companies and add up to 40 more every day, starting with the biggest companies that report soon. Small and SME companies may not have them yet, and a newly listed company has no year-ago quarter to compare with.
Are consolidated or standalone results used?
Consolidated results (the company plus its subsidiaries) whenever the company files them, because they show the whole group. When a quarter has only a standalone filing we use that, and growth is only compared between quarters on the same basis. For banks the sales figure is interest earned.
Can I get an alert before a company I follow reports results?
Yes. Sign in with Google and star the stock (tap a company in the calendar, then Star). From then on the bell at the top of the page shows a note a few days before its results meeting, with last quarter's profit and sales growth. The bell's Market tab also lists fast-growing companies reporting in the next 7 days.
Is the Results Calendar free? Do I need to sign up?
It is completely free and needs no sign-up. Signing in with Google is optional and only needed to star stocks for bell alerts. The data comes from NSE's public filings and is not investment advice.
